Teams from Kingston Joinery were on site in stages for a total of two years to complete installations of over 1,000 windows in Block A of this huge £400m development.
The Islington Square development has seen the former Edwardian Royal Mail North London sorting and delivery centre, originally built between 1904 and 1906, transformed into a new Covent Garden style destination.
It includes 263 new homes and 108 serviced apartments alongside restaurants, bars, boutique stores, a cinema and several theatre spaces.
“This was something of a milestone contract for us as it was our first seven-figure contract when it was initially secured in 2016,” said Managing Director Craig O’Leary.
“It has been a tremendous development to work on, the finished product is absolutely stunning, and we have since been awarded more high-value work with the same contractor – a great vote of confidence in both the standard of our products and our work.”
